Вчера позвонили на английском языке, пообщаться не смог, а сегодня получил письмо на mail.ru cсо специфическими вопросами: \"Dear Dima P.,

In order to help you find the right protective product for your needs, please answer me following questions in order for me to determine, if we are the right manufacturer for you.

1.) Are you looking for caps (to put over an application) or plugs (to push into an application)?
2.) What is the application that you wish to protect? – if you have a picture, please attached it together with all
the answers of the questions stated.
3.) What are the dimensions of your application that you wish to protect?
4.) What is the cap or plug being used for? – just to protect against dust and dirt or contamination? – Or will
the caps or plugs be exposed to unusual high or low temperatures or chemicals?
5.) Have you tried something similar in the past? – If so, why are you looking for a new supplier?
6.) How many caps or plugs are you looking for per order and per annum?
7.) What colour are you looking for?
8.) What is your target price per cap?

I would appreciate your cooperation by answering me all 8 questions.

Please note that we are a high volume manufacturer with minimum order requirements. Depending on the size of the cap or plug, minimum order quantity will be one box [ranging between 500pieces (sizes 50mm inside diameter and bigger) to 5500pieces (beginning from size 1.59mm inside diameter) à it depends on the size of the cap>.

Furthermore, if the product you choose is not a stock item, the minimum order value will be ?400 + 5%material surcharge + freight. Production lead times for such items is 4weeks. With a secondary operation (such as a punched hole, or slicing one end or having a print on will add additional 2weeks of production).

Stock items minimum order value starts from ?200 + 5% Material surcharge + freight. Production lead time is 3days to 1week. Only selected parts are stock items.

For custom made caps or plugs or similar products, you need to invest in a sample tool, which usually ranges between ?300 and ?700. After approval of the sample tool, you need to invest in a production tool, which usually ranges between ?2000 and ?5000. Production lead times for sample tool is 2-3weeks, Production lead times for production tools is 4weeks.

Payment terms will be proforma (pay in advance) unless you are a country of the EU and have a company registration no. and VAT no.. Then you could qualify for a 30Days Payment term after approval of our bank.

These requirements must be approved before I can even help you or send you out free samples.
